Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may change if project scope, materials, or site conditions differ from the initial assessment.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing before starting work if additional labor, materials, or services are required that were not included in the original quote.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

If payment is not received according to the agreed terms, we reserve the right to suspend work until payment is made. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Project Timeline

We will provide an estimated timeline for your project, but actual completion dates may vary due to weather, material delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays to you as soon as possible.

Warranty and Guarantees

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or modifications made by others.

Liability

We carry liability insurance and take care to protect your property during installation. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage to areas outside of the agreed work zone.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has begun.
